The slow, sexy class you know and love! This weeks class will be EXTRA slow and sensual, and we will focus on musicality and being comfortable in our bodies while dancing. Bring kneepads, wear socks!
May 7th: Dutty Fit
This is a high energy class full of your Caribbean favorites, old and new! Wear baggy bottoms, twerk shorts, or a waist scarf, sneakers or barefoot, and come ready to perreo and whine your waist to short, simple lower body focused combos!
May 14th: Hot Girl Fit
This week we’re shaking some serious a**! Get your Megan knees ready, city girls are taking over Confidança! This week we will focus on stamina, twerk technique and short combos! Wear sneakers and twerk shorts! Bring kneepads!
