In this class we will focus on technique as well as learning a floorwork based choreography. All steps are broken down and all levels are welcome to this class.

➡️ Bring water & knee pads (there are knee pads available to purchase in class $15)
Time: 8:00pm - 9:15
➡️ Please cancel reservations up to 24hours of a class's starting time so that someone else can experience this moment with us. If you fail to request a cancelation or transfer of your reservation and/or don't make it to class, we will not refund or transfer your ticket to another class.
